Join Level 2-certified Alok Rockwater for this inspiring workshop where we will explore movement through the amazing Animal Flow system. Build fluidity and functional strength as you learn to move in dynamic ways that express the full range of your body’s capacity.
Animal Flow weaves together an empowering blend of martial arts, yoga, and functional movement. Liberate your practice beyond the mat as your body and brain create new pathways for movement including cross-lateral, spiraling, and quadrupedal movements. Come away with an inspiring flow that you can practice to maintain a healthy, strong, and flexible body.

Ashtanga Primary Series

Ashtanga is a set series of steadily paced breath based yoga practice that consists of a warm up, a series of standing and seated poses and ending poses. Ashtanga yoga is the inspiration for vinyasa yoga. Ashtanga can be modified for all levels.
The Ashtanga Primary Series offers opportunities for modifications and intensifications for each and every pose. As a student of Ashtanga yoga for 20 years, Nicole loves making the practice fun and accessible to anyone interested in learning, stressing that the practice isn’t about mastery, it’s about practice!
