JEN SU
Jen’s path to yoga started during a quarter life crisis when her younger sister had a suicide attempt. The stress of taking care of her sister as a financial provider pushed her to work long hours and she developed debilitating chronic nerve pain from a keyboarding injury, forcing her out of her corporate job. Jen was on state disability and felt like her life was crashing down as she tried to re-envision a life out of the technology sector. Surprisingly, the universe guided her to the yogic path.
Yoga helped ease her chronic pain, accept the limitations of her body, as well as shift her mind to surrender her idea of success. Yoga gave Jen hope when all was lost. She has never felt more fulfilled than in her role as a yoga teacher and she hopes to share that with others to bring them to their highest potential.
Native to the Bay Area, she has been teaching since 2015 specializing in Vinyasa Alignment, Prenatal Yoga, and Meditation at Google and Fortune 500 companies. Jen has an advanced 550-hour Yoga Alliance teaching certification with Jason Crandell and Jane Austin and continues to study Kundalini and Tantra Meditation in Thailand.
Jen is passionate about supporting and empowering women in a holistic pregnancy and motherhood, and the path of the divine feminine. For her classes, expect to dive into chakra energetics, strong asanas and meditation to clear the mind.
